Contribuisci feedbackIf I could give zero stars, I would. the worker, chris, was completely disrespectful. I told him I wanted a pulp and then I decided I wanted a few more for my mother and man. He started to sound me smart and say you should have said that first. then he began to throw my food very aggressive. it is obvious that something was wrong. Today it's black friday, so I thought he might have been really busy. but then I had to think that I worked the customer service of my whole life and worked on the black friday and had met very rude customers, but I never would have done that. my mother saw how he acted, as well as the other customers, so my mother came and told him he was very childish and dismaying. he claimed it was because he had a very long day. the other customers who have been here said that this is nothing new and they are never nice here. I didn't even want to eat mine anymore, but I still paid for it.
Today, my wife and I visited a Subway restaurant with the intention of getting a meatball sub. The last time I was there, they were out of meatballs, so the first thing I asked the worker, named Chris, was when they had any available. He confirmed they did have meatballs and proceeded to make my sandwich. I requested a footlong with the special bread, cheese, and meatballs. When I mentioned the meatballs, Chris reacted in a way that made me feel uncomfortable. I'm not sure if he was having a bad day, but I did not come to Subway to be treated poorly. Additionally, upon reviewing our receipt, my wife discovered we had been overcharged for our order. I specifically ordered a meatball sub, not a teriyaki chicken sub that costs over two dollars more. This kind of customer service is unacceptable.
Beautiful enough if very inattentive people. spit every time I tried to get in. is good to the subway.
The sandwiches and wraps are straightforward and typical at this restaurant.
Came in today to get a sandwich at 3:15 The older gentleman was very rude acted like he didn't want to be at work and when I asked for cookies he got sarcastic and said now what is it that you want it That's very unprofessional his job is customer service he should treat customers accordingly I was nothing but polite and I felt disrespected
