Whataburger - College Station

Terrible service. Ordered online for pick up at 11:50. Went to the restaurant at 12:10. Was told it was not ready. Waited and waited. Finally got the order at 12:17. The person handed over the food with a cold face. Very bad experience here. Avoid as much as you can.Food: 3/5

I know this Whataburger has had some bad reviews, but we went in, and I couldn't ask for better service than I got it was pretty good. My food was all correct and in a timely manner.Food: 5/5

20 minutes for 3 fries and 3 shakes. Had to ask my name and if I ordered online twice. No; I ordered with you, in person, 20 minutes ago. Took until she did the shakes and fries herself. No idea what happened or why I was skipped over so much. Not worth $25…

I dislike having to do this.My wife ordered a burger and requested LIGHT on the mustard. The receipt said heavy on the mustard. She went to the counter to correct it, before the order arrived. It still came with so much mustard that she tossed the top half of her burger away! She asked the girl for Ketchup and had to go to the counter to get it herself. The girl was leaning on a work station talking. She turned and said Oh, they need Ketchup!I ordered the Buffalo Ranch Chicken Sandwich and it was the absolute messiest sandwich I have had in my life! It had ranch dressing and buffalo sauce on the top and bottom side of the bun and dripping puddles out of the middle!This was 4-16-2023 about 7:30pm.
