Mooyah Burgers, Fries Shakes

First of all, I normally enjoy eating at this location prefer it over any other I 've been to. That said, my experience yesterday afternoon 3/29/24 made me very uncomfortable. I was there for a late lunch between 3 4 pm. There was another family in the restaurant when the incident occurred.Evidentally the cook made a mistake on my order of chips to go with my burger. When my burger was delivered I was told by the woman who took my order that she was going to have to remake my chips because the cook messed them up.The cook an older Hispanic lady was loudly dressed down by the younger woman when she returned to the kitchen. She was yelling at the cook telling her if she wasn 't going to do her job she just needed to go home. I don 't know if there have been a series of mistakes by the cook, possibly a language barrier, but it didn 't warrant the treatment she received in the hearing of those of us in the dining area.It was very disturbing and uncomfortable and unprofessional. If someone makes a mistake you take them aside and correct them. It was totally inappropriate the way the younger woman handled it.The cook came out and tearfully apologized to me for the mistake. She was obviously quite upset. Evidentally this was not the first time she had been yelled at.When the chips were done the cook brought them out. The younger woman looked out into the dining area a couple of times but never came back out, except to take another order.I will be back but wanted management/owners to know what happened. I hope I never experience that kind of thing again!

Great burgers, great fries and a really nice attentive server named Greg. Not sure if he runs the whole place but I kind of think so. Anyway, I like the various burgers they offer and fries!
