Mc Alister's Deli - Collierville

The young people working in the restaurant, were incredibly polite, friendly, helpful and provided very good service. However, the cashier, an older, heavyweight lady, was SOOOO rude that we will not be back. We have been there a few times and this woman was there. She has always been rude and after tonight, we just won't be going back. First of all, she needs to learn some manners. She was unbelievably rude to myself, as well as other customers. My husband noticed the way she was talking to some of the employees, which was very rude and disrespectful. The employees that were there were working hard and doing a great job, unlike herself. Also, she seemed to have a very hard time giving change back. I'm not sure what the problem is with that but she may want to go back and learn basic math or let one of the young people working there, teach it to her.

The service and food at McAlisters Deli in Collierville has really improved. I have been really impressed and will continue to go back.

Chips for nacho basket were stale and there were very few in the container at all

After having my dasher wait at the store for almost 30 minutes "making the kids pizzas" they informed her that they were out of pizza! Unhappy with my order. My dasher was great though

The Collierville McAlisters ALWAYS leaves out a portion of our order. So frustrating because Ive been charged for it each time. Please take the extra 30 seconds to double check the bag with the receipt before sending it out with delivery person.
