Future Izakaya - Collingwood

I saw some of them back and forth on hc that green burger had changed into a izakaya and had to investigate. it was all I always wanted to sit from gb inside, real tellers and a more interesting menu. the future sushi sign remained, which I consider to be recognizable. I decided for lunch with myself and ordered the RFC-Ramen-Hähnchenburger, who was very nice, even with the Mock chicken fillet, and I was filled after eating. the lotus chips that came with him were not the crownings they usually see, but rather a bit thicker, which was an interesting change for me. I was so excited that I went back to dinner with a companion. we ordered the krabbensushi and the kakatsu curry don. the sushi was in order, not quite bursting with taste or offers surprises. the curry was tasty, but simple, with not a huge selection of sweet. I ordered a margarita with dinner, and was a little surprised to discover that it was frozen. it was good, but a little sluggish, because of its sweet. there is now a nicer, more social mood in the restaurant, and I look forward to having dinner here in the future. updated by previous review on 2022-06-17

Got a few of the variety boxes to share really amazing so filling. It’s rare to find vegan sushi they does faux fish and mock meats. Really impressed!

Good sushi but pricey hand rolls. 1 normal size handroll for $6.

Got the chicken terrify sushi as this is the one I miss most, amazing taste going to go back for more

I really appreciate the variety of mock meats and veg combinations that were offered. Would prefer to have sushi made to order, but these still tasted pretty good. Presentation is nice too. Friendly staff.
