Everything is so fresh. The grilled shrimp with vermicelli and fish sauce the shrimp is perfectly grilled, not overly charred, and the shrimp tasted very fresh, the sauce was amazing and complimented all the veggies within the dish perfectly. So light and refreshing. The Pho Tai (eye of round) was absolutely delectable. The broth was so flavorful and you get all the freshest toppings with it (sprouts, lime wedge, Thai basil, sriracha, oyster sauce, chili crisp oil). We also had the salted lemonade extremely hydrating with a water on the side and the iced coffee was great, not too sweet or bitter. The service was great, extremely friendly staff, clean restaurant. A neighborhood favorite! The pho is delicious! My favorite is the combo noodle bowl with pork and spring rolls.

This is my first Vietnamanese experience in Nova, and it was good. The restaurant is clean. The food was served fast and the quantity is nice for the price. I took a vermicelli bowl (B1 on the menu), and the ingredients were fresh and tasty. The only issue I have is that they have only beef phos, so I have only 1 chicken option. If that is not a restriction for you, enjoy ?

Their food has changed. So disappointing.Ordered No3 spicy noddle soup. Noodle was so choppy and meat smelled so bad. Could not touch at all. Money wasted.

I loved the cleanliness and of course the food was great.
