Sometimes the food is great but sometimes it?s sloppy. Check the lettuce because there?s been times when they gave me lettuce that?s slimy and should have been thrown away!
I was in a hurry, I placed the order online. When I arrived, the order was not ready even though it said it was ready. As it was evening and the workers were focused on closing the shop, they did not help at all. I forcibly bought a plastic cup, theroom came out with a hole, I got wet. I will never come to this branch again.
Why does no panera put cheese in their French onion soup anymore? Been a year since I've had cheese in the soup its like forgetting buns to a burger it makes 0 sense I'm bout done with this chain altogether can never do anything right anymore butI'm sure they will blame covid
I always have a great experience ordering from here, my orders are always ready on time. But today I accidentally ordered my lunch at 7:30am instead of setting for a future pick up. I called the store right away and they said it was okay and they wouldmake it at 12:30 instead . When I went in my order wasn?t ready which I was kind of expecting so I wasn?t upset, I spoke to themanager on duty, told him what was going on and he took care of it. Got the staff to make my order right away and it was readywithin 10 minutes. I really appreciate what the staff did for me!
