Burger King - Colorado Springs

Forget your food then try and act like they didn 't forget your food. When a kids meal comes in a completely different bag. Wait forever for fast food with an attitude.

Good food and nice staff but they messed up 2 of my orders.

Do NOT go during rush hour. Employees are insanely rude and try and get you to leave as fast a possible. Also, my food in my to go bag was clearly tossed in there, fries upside down, burger BARELY wrapped.. I had to ask 3 times for sauce, and when she finally gave me some she was so snarky about it. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless you have no where else to go. Terrible customer service !

The manager here is great and he is always in the register that takes up disorders. I never had anything to eat here and we eat here at least once a week. recently I had the ghost pepper whopper and it was excellent. my children always love to get crowns and cheeseburgers. the best thing is that the dining room in exchange is always clean or cleaned. my favorite experience in the type of almost food. we ate here last Friday and we will probably be back in the next week! I usually don't like this, but I'm just very annoyed how rude the coworkers can be, but that's not even the reason! ive got my commands wrong, not mentioning meat was really red I couldn't even eat my food I was disgusted! I should never have gone back! but now to come home and open my burger, and it looks as if the meat was cut in or halfway or something idk bitten, but that is in soou many species wrong! because they think that people don't look, they don't even care about all I know they could drop it and just give it back! I trust this bk will not go better post or go on the px than this place! They are rude and they will always get their commands wrong! I'm disgusting!
