Placed an order after 15 minutes of waiting and waited another 30 minutes after said bringing our order we are told to go thru drive thru cuz stall was closed. After dealing all that we are given wrong order and finally got our order it was brought out cold, burnt, and did not have the stuff ordered and paid extra for. They don’t want to answer the stalls or anything this place is ridiculous. If wasn’t for using the only money we had I would have left and went somewhere else.
LISTEN UP YALL. Do not get mad at the staff. Get mad at the upper management. This kid is running it by himself. His head set doesn't work. His card reader isn't working. His soda machines haven't had CO2 in a week. His slushy machine is down. And NONE of this is his fault. His manager is on lunch?This teenager is running around like a mad man trying to apologize for things that aren't in his control and doing the best he can while getting cussed out by customers in the process. Go somewhere else for your sodas. It isn't his fault for deliveries and system errors.
Always out of something and make them long for cold eating still waiting and false order waiting! they offered a free meal that I didn't even go back to get it because the customer service was terrible. always a few kids in the game. time before they signed they said they ran out of the food, why you opened it was 10 o'clock! the manager said she just started this day and had no cook? who did it? eating in the müll was cold and wrong after waiting!
We only asked for a hot fudge sundae with nuts. The whip cream and cherry were missing when we got it. We didn't complain about that buy we did ask for an extra spoon and some napkins which the server should have brought in the first place. Sadly we never got the extra spoon or napkins. We won't be back since we doubt the workers actually care.
