Service was very good and chips and salsa were okay. Menu has several options to choose from, but quality of the food is poor. Enchiladas were served without sauce and had very little flavor. Tacos de Carne Asada was bland as well. Margaritas were very sweet…straight out of a margarita mixer bottle. Would not recommend if you are seeking authentic Mexican flavor.
Vaqueros was a delightful surprise. We come from the southwest and it is not always easy to find great Mexican food. The service was exceptional. The waiter gave us a couple of suggestions and they were great. We had shredded beef flautas, which was more than enough for one person and carne asada street tacos. The house margarita was very tasty. We will be sure to eat here again anytime we are in the area and we highly recommend it to everyone.
Totally hit the spot on a rainy day. A well deserved mexican meal after a short little bike ride. Great service!
One of the very best meals on our cross country trip. Vaqueros is upscale casual with extremely friendly and attentive service. Food is delicious with high attention to detail from the deluxe nachos with gooey cheese, steak, tasty guacamole and chips that were finished crispy under a broiler. Great way to finish a day of hiking in Glacier National Park!
