Domino's Pizza - Columbia

Ordered a 2 pizzas and they never showed up. The driver said he left them on the door step. Had to walk to neighbors house to check if he left them there also. So I called and all I was offered was a refund and that I would need to resubmit an order. For them to try and mis delver again. Checked the ring camera and still no delivery driver. The drivers tracker was showing him in 5 points. Guess someone down there got to enjoy my food.

Placed an order. Waited outside on driver. It said it was complete and we NEVER got our food. I called and the person on the phone did not believe me and hung up on me. Still do not have my food and have not yet gotten a refund processed. She said the driver came here and waited and we saw NOBODY outside. We waited outside looking for them for 20+ minutes.

I called to order pizza. No one called or delivered said pizza I called them and they said the order had been cancalled. When I tried to reorder, no one would answer the phone. When I finally reached them today they called me a liar. Customer service at its worst-case

I wish i could rate this dominos location 0 stars but i cannot. i used my dominos points to order free garlic knots and then used my money to buy some other items. they said they tried to call me whenever they got here but i never received a phone call even though the proper number is attached to the account and i know this because i have ordered from dominos in multiple different locations before. And then they said they would not bring me my food that I have used my points and my money to buy. And then when i called to ask about how to receive my food the lady who answered the phone basically told me i needed to reorder everything and pay for it again even though my money and my points were not refunded and the food was already made. On top of all of that she also was laughing at me as i was trying to ask her questions about my order. I am very disappointed in the customer service i received and in this dominos location as i have never had a problem with this company before.

I highly recommend this location and the awesome staff. The customer service is always top notch, friendly, and professional. Thank you very much, to such a hardworking group of professionals.
