Philly's Best Pizza Subs - Columbia

Since I have been ordering food from this restaurant, my order is always on time and on point. Generally, food tastes great. I love the streak Stromboli. My favorite of all. I recommend this resturant for pizza, salad, wings and other good stuff.

Don?t get the Cream of Crab soup it tastes like thick gravy/mushroom soupy/barely any crab meat in it?

The subs were great. We had a Reuben sub and a Cheese steak sub. Both were big, over loaded with meat, on fresh rolls and tasted great. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars vs 5 stars is that my friend got a side order of pizza fries and they were not good at all. Tasted like burnt fries. Worst manager to have to talk to and one of the worst pizzas I?ve gotten. Cheese half way off the pizza, not cut, sauce covered top crust see photo 2 for god measure. Not even edible! Be prepared to go back and forth with him. Service is horrible for dine in. Had to talk to managers 2 3 times and everytime he is rude and demeaning! One in Elkridge is amazing I wouldn?t know how nice the manager is there, I?ve never had to talk to him! ;

Hair on the fries is worth a full refund or full meal compensation. To offer only credit for fries is petty service, not at all customer service. Customer service would have also prevented this negative review. Zero stars. This business will continue to thrive, because carryouts are few in the suburbs. So customer service is not a priority for them.
