Starbucks - Columbia

Small parking lot that can be difficult to maneuver when it’s crowded. Be prepared to drive in reverse.

I’ve never gone out of my way to leave a review before, but I went through this Starbucks the other day and had the best service person! The guy had a short beard and glasses and talked to me in the drive thru and went out of his way to help me out when one of the other employees were busy. I found out he was one of the managers after and you could see it with how he was so quick to fix problems and kept that place together. This was a first. I went to this location after reading such positive reviews. I went through the drive-thru and attempted to order two items, and I was told each time by a very kind lady that they were out of certain things (which is completely ok, it happens! to which I responded with “oh ok”. After I said that the second time, suddenly another voice came through the ordering speaker. It was a male coworker there mocking how I said “oh ok” and he for some reason offered me a mozzarella sand … – show

This location is one of the best in the downtown Columbia area. Always gets my order right and employees are super nice! Drive through is also extremely quick.

This is literally the best starbucks in Columbia. Their staff is always so nice and their drive thru is so fast. I go out of my way to come here.
