Contribuisci feedbackThe facility is aesthetically pleasing, but there is an air of general apathy and indifference amongst the staff. Not everyone, but enough that it is very apparent. I was only there to pickup through the drive through and spent 13 minutes waiting for 3 vehicle orders with no way out until I got to the order speaker. I informed the team member of the lengthy delay and asked that my order be moved to the walk-in counter so I didn?t have to wait longer. There was no apology for the delay or offer due to the inconvenience. There was just a ?have a nice day? comment that seemed very disingenuous under the circumstances. After this experience and reading similar low reviews, I will take my business elsewhere.
I usually love this place, and we come in frequently on the weekends, but today has been awful. I'm still sitting here waiting for my bakery order. The bag is sitting there empty at the pick-up spot. I tried to ask about it, but the employee cut me off to say there was only one person doing bakery orders. I get that, but how is he going to know to get my order if the bag is here? I'm also starting to feel queasy because they mismade my order using an ingredient that isn't even a part of this recipe that I'm allergic to. I wasn't allowed to explain that to the manager either, as I was cut off and told my order would be remade. I understand that they have orders to make but they aren't even a fraction of how busy they usually are and there is no reason to be this rude.
I would not recommend. Employees were not respectful at all. Waited about 20 minutes for my drink, along with a few other people and the employees did not even acknowledge that I was there. When I asked if they had received my mobile order, they responded with ?it?s coming?. I understand that everyone has a bad day, however no one was kind whatso ever. The floor was also a mess and nothing was clean.
I went through drive-thru and ordered my usual. The service was fast and great so I pulled off with my order. It wasn?t until I got onto the interstate and tasted my drink that I realized it was made incorrectly. I tried calling the location to speak to someone about my order being incorrectly made but no one answered the phone. I also tried going to the website for this location to see if there was an option to email management and there was not. I am very upset with my visit today .
The worst Starbucks ever. There was trash left all over the floor and they seemed to be out of everything. Wouldn?t recommend this place.
