Subway - Columbia

I drive all the way to the store, and the door is locked at 5pm and the hours online say open until 10pm. I see a person inside, who is a subway employee, with her kids and she mouths to be, we are closed…

Went there to eat at 2pm and the store was closed. Saw someone inside but they didn't come to the door.

Went there today and the website said that they were open. But, as soon as I got there nobody was there. The door was locked and the chairs were put up. Disappointing.

The person who l encounter this morning was very nasty and a bad attitude.

Went in to pick up a order for delivery and the girl tried to tell me that it just came through and I know better because I'd had it already for 7 minutes. This is just another case of where delivery drivers are being put to the side while people in the stores have are ordering. The customer I had and I unassigned it because I didn't feel like waiting on her because she was being slack and didn't even notice it. You guys got to do better.
