Wendy's - Columbia

I have low expectations for fast food these days but this place is sooo bad. Dirty, terrible service. I wouldn't use the restroom here, certainly never eat here again.

The wait time at the Wendy’s in Harbison is troubling this don’t make no sense we been in the drive thru for almost 20 min can’t be no team work going on

The incompetence of this place knows no Bounds. No not only are they completely disorganized cannot listen but then rude because they screw up and then tell you oh no you have to drive back around to get the rest of your order because they can't do their job correctly and then they don't even provide you with a receipt to prove what was on your order.. Went after work we had to wait in the drive thru over 30 minutes then we got the food it wasn't good the 4 for 4 wasn't hot

We were very excited to try the strawberry frosty but our bubble was busted. We paid for the frosty and received them NO SPOONS. I was told they didn’t have any spoons. I THEN TOLD them I didn’t want them and was told that they could not refund me. We are about to take a drive I said and this will not work for me. They did not care and manager said nobody else had a problem. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Staff needs training
