Unfortunately when my daughter’s father and I took our child for ice cream on one of the few visits that he gets to have with her, we did not get any ice cream. This is because upon entering, there was a bunch of water spilled on the floor or leaking from the coolers. I told one of the workers and she said “I’m off work” and she continued working in the background. We were ignored three times and no one would help us. I repeated it again I even mentioned that it again hoping no one would come in and fall. I didn’t want my little one falling either and I’m visually impaired but luckily I have enough sight to have spotted the water. The manager looked me dead in the face and walked away. They would not take our order and they just kept talking amongst thwmselves in the back. One of the workers stopped to complement how pretty my daughter was but then walked away. Finally, we left because we felt that they were ignoring us in hopes that we would just leave so we did.

Closed down at 8pm, website says 10pm. Incompetent manager. Complete waste of time...not coming back.

Horrible horrible and just horrible. I asked for a double praline and cream in a cup and a double scoop waffle cone chocolate and vanilla. They out my chocolate and vanilla in cup and my praline in a cone. I tell the guy its the other way around. He take the praline and cream in a cone and dumps it in a cup and then my chocolate and vanilla thats in a cup he just puts a regular cone on top of it……this is the worse baskin and robins ive ever been to. I dont recommend it

The website says they close at 9pm and if you drive up at 8pm they won't serve ice cream you should change the hours on you website so they don't waste their time

Came here for a hot fudge cake and they didn't know what I was talking about. So I ordered a hot fudge sundae with chocolate ice cream. I was giving a scoop of chocolate ice cream with whipped cream on it. I took it inside and told them it was wrong. An orange hair girl, who was helping the girl at the window, tells me the reason they didn't put hot fudge on my Sunday was because their machine is broke and they don't have any hot fudge. I asked for a refund and she says oh sorry my manager is not here. I had to wait 10 minutes for the manager to come in to give me a refund. I will not ever return to this location.
