Contribuisci feedbackI visit this restaurant quite frequently, around 2-3 times a month. The food is consistently delicious; it's definitely one of the best burger places in Columbus! The young staff members are very well-trained. There's a tall, dark-skinned gentleman who is especially friendly and provides excellent customer service. There's also another young man, who I think might be Asian, and he is very nice and patient as well. Overall, I have a great experience every time I visit, although sometimes the fries are a bit too salty, almost tasting like sweat after a good workout.
Five friends gather regularly for home-cooked meals: 5/5.
It's no surprise that they have poor reviews. All I received was a small drink, and my fries were heavily salted and quite unappetizing. The food was disappointing.
The gm is very disrespectful and rude and the other employees are very disrespectful and like to threaten other employees and they treat employees like mist, so plz do not go to the one of hillard re rd columbus ohio
Others are accurate in their description of the food ordering and preparing process at this store. I ordered in person for carryout two hamburgers, one with mayo and one without. Both came back with mayo, however, when I contacted the restaurant, I'm told I have to come BACK to the store to receive a refund. That's inconvenient at best, especially for those who are just visiting Easton, as I was, and don't live nearby. I called Five Guys corporate and they said the same. Pretty ridiculous, especially considering these burgers are almost $10 a pop. Highly unlikely to return or recommend.
