Ordered from them twice on Uber eats and didn't receive my smoothie

The worst smoothie I have ever had, I ordered a Mocha Madness and it was literally all ice. It was frozen even after like half an hour. I’m not even able to take a single sip. It tastes very bad like a sugar syrup.

There’s just no way that half of these reviews are serious. I recently started going to this tropical smoothie because the smoothies are delicious. The problem isn’t the food, it’s the customer service. The people working there are beyond ignorant and rude to the customers. I’ve had to go back multiple times to get an order remade because it was either literal water, or something I didn’t order in the first place. When I came in to get my order fixed they were rude to me and gave me nasty looks when all I asked for was the correct order I placed the FIRST TIME. Overall horrible customer service, I wouldn’t even bother going to this specific location if you can help it.
