If I can give this place a zero I totally would…this place is anti LGBTQ owner is extremely rude. I DO NOT recommend this environment, there are way better and friendlier meadery places in Colorado.
Drove over 35 minutes to grab a flight on a Friday. Sign said the opened at 1. Showed up 5 minutes until they opened. So i started to wait. Unfortunately I waited over 20 minutes for them to show up and open. Once inside. Instead of a warm welcome. I felt like I was more of an annoyance. The attitude from the attendant and shortness was a total let down. I bought a bottle instead and drove home. Very disappointed. I won’t be making that drive again. Mead was good. But the service was bad
Great tasting mead and relaxing atmosphere to hangout. Will come again!
Popped in to try some of the mead and check the place out. Man behind the bar was snippy and short. Had a flight, it was good flavor, bought a bottle and a little disappointing how much sediment is in it. I could say how they filter the mead or if they are proud of that much sediment and cloudy appearance. Sometimes bit of it may be fine. When its nice glob on the bottom of every bottle is a lazy process. Very big indicator that they most likely don't age and gravity clear it even for a few months. And since the bottled date wasn't even filled in I wouldn't take any rebuttals to that point seriously. Another sign of lazy process. When you have other fine meads available in colorado from local companies even the little guys needs to step up the game.
