I ordered drive-thru with Jonathan who was so kind and helpful that just by this brief interaction he made my day and I wanna say i can see myself coming to this location daily. His level of professionalism and attentiveness reminded of the times Starbucks' team members would go above and beyond to make you feel appreciated (like 20 yrs ago). Thank you Starbucks of Commerce (on Washington) for adding amazing members to your location and most of all thank you dear Jonathan for being such a caring human being. You have something extraordinary that reaches people in a very positive way.
They are always very friendly here and service is great.
Placed a mobile order 10 minutes before arriving. Got there a little early, per the pick up time. So I gladly wait. 5 minutes after the pick up time, still nothing. I still give a little more time. Finally I decide to cancel and it takes 3 people to cancel my order and I still get sarcasm from the barista. They hold you up and still give attitude! And I could tell I wasn’t the only one frustrated with this place. Poorly managed! The worstI’ve ever been to!
Mrs. Maray seems to have been annoyed with people all her life. If you are going to buy, not to ask for a gift or on loan, that lady's service is really bad.
What can I say, it's Starbucks great snacks and stuff. Coffee to !
