They did not honor our reservation because they said they were barely occupied. we didn't let it know until we all got here.

They arrive with reservation and no one is there to sit them. then takes forever to actually come to you and take your order. I saw another family holiday because nobody came. the best option they grab who goes by.

Our table reservation for 12 only for 8 people. our waitress had no customer service or personality. she didn't even smile or asked if we needed anything. we waited about 30 minutes before we could pick up our drink order.

Perfect place to eat with family and friends. Thank you.

Place was pretty empty. No-one at the hostess both upon arriving and when they did show up, they couldn’t seat us because they didn’t have there tablet. We (two of us)were asked to wait 10 minutes until the shift change happened. Waited 20 and are seated at a table that you could rock back and forth with one finger. The table next to us was complaining to the waitress about how long it took for their food to arrive. We never saw our waitress. After about 45 minutes total in a basically empty restaurant, we left. Couldn’t tell you how the food was, only that the service was non existent. Maybe they are short staffed but that is still not an excuse for the incompetence.
