The Bulgogi was my favorite with a big helping of spicy meat grilled up in front of you and served over sticky rice and a small side of cucumber salad and kimchi. Tucked away in the back of a grocery store, run by an older husband and wife (wife seems to do all the cooking). Worth the trip.
We got two orders of the Bi-bim-bap. It was made up quickly for us while we waited and nicely presented. The flavors were well paired. Highly recommend! We will be back to try the kimchi.
The Korean food here is really good. I like the convenience store slash small restaurant concept. It doesn't look like much from the outside but the food in the back is great. I just wish there were more options on the menu to explore and the look of it were more inviting. It's a nice little tucked away gem though. Try the Bulgogi is great!
A convenient neighborhood store, but best of all: takeout Korean food made fresh right in front of you (better yet: order ahead and they will have it waiting for you). I'm partial to the bi bim bap, but the bulgogi is good, too, and I have yet to have anything I didn't like. House made kimchi of various types (cabbage, cucumber, etc) is also very tasty. The owner advised me to open it a day in advance of eating it for best taste, but my wife and I have never managed to be that patient.
