Sonic Drive-in - Concordia

Long wait while other customers served. Unhappy non customer.

I did not even get waited on. So i finally went to drive thru still no service will not stop in this sonic again.

The lady stuck her finger in the top of my drink to drain some because it was fizzing then proceeded to hand me the cup with the same lid she stuck her finger in after sticking it into the actual drink

I had a very bad experience.i drove to get two burgers and fries, I got home and they had a nasty sauce on them very tangy, so I called up there and the girl tried to tell me it was mayo I said no defiantly not, she argued with me. I asked for manager and she said it be tomorrow. She said to come get the order replaced but it was almost time for them to close and I said no I am not driving that far back tonight and you guys close in 15 min. I asked for manager she got very rude I asked for her name she hung up on me, my friend had to call up and get her name. They said manager would call me the next morning, it's two weeks not one phone call back, haven't been refunded or had meals replaced. I paid almost 20 dollars to get cold fries and two cheeseburgers we couldn't eat. Very very disappointed .

Always slow, food is usually cold, I’ve had drinks brought out to me that didn’t taste right, were flat, or were just plain wrong. I’ve had them bring me out the wrong size drink after they brought me a flat one to start with. I try to be lenient with most fast food places but time and time again this particular Sonic shows me why I avoid it at usually all costs. It’s hard to mess a Sonic up this bad, but it seems to have been done, in my opinion.
