Church's Chicken

I bought chicken special on Tuesday and hadn't had church's chicken in a while the chicken was horrible no seasons at all the chicken had intriely to moch batter on it and it was nasty....wasted my money that day never go back again ....Should've went to The west end ......and they was talking about customer's it sad and very rude how these people mess up people businesses like they the owner .....SMH ...NEVER AGAIN

When I pulled into their drive-thru, I saw a sign saying the call-box was not working. I assumed it would take a while to gety order and be gone. I was wrong. The staff seemed to operate very efficiently, and they moved cars through the driveway much faster than I would have expected, with customers having to order at the window. The staff was also attentive and pleasant. They did a great job.

Ordered fried okra and it was burnt. Got some biscuits too and they were great however went back 2 days later for a few more biscuits and they were nasty. The employees do not respect their job or their customers apparently.

This place is full of folks that just wanna show up to get a check. No customer service skills at all. My chicken tasted more like flour than chicken. 6 people were “so called” working and they have the nerve to close the inside. Just throw the whole place away. Throw the workers away with it!
