This particular Great Wraps is located in the CNN building and offers mediocre food at an inflated price. We were at a convention and this was where we headed for a quick lunch. I went with the super gyro and went with the fries and drink combo. It wasn't bad and while it was expensive, I would have spent more next door in the convention center. My brother-in-law went with the super cheesesteak. He said his was okay enough, as well. There was a line, but the food came out in an appropriate time. There is a common seating area which was kind of crowded, but we shared a table with a few people from Virginia. Conventions are not known for their great food and this place fell in line with my expectations. Not very good, but not terrible. I am going to go with three stars.
Decided to have lunch at this Great Wraps located in the CNN center and was highly disappointed. The wings tasted a day old and the fries were hard and overcooked. The customer service was good, but the food was not a joy to have.
If you can avoid it, I’d say eat elsewhere if you are in the CNN building. I stopped there on my way to an event at the State Farm arena. I ordered a #14 Falafel Bowl, a Sprite, and beer. I was given the prices, and when I got my receipt it was approximately $15. When I received the bag, I noticed It didn’t come with a side of fries, but we didn’t want fries anyway so I didn’t say much. However, after noticing that cheese was left on the Falafel Bowl we asked for a remake. Without being informed that they were going to alter the receipt, when I checked by account balance, I notice that the debited amount from my account was almost $20 for a falafel bowl, a sprite, and a beer. If you are going to alter payment purchases, it is customary to inform the customer. Otherwise, it’s considered theft. As a result, my review is the lowest star possible for altering my receipt without informing me and stealing my money.
