Redeye Southern Kitchen

Decent at best. The service was very slow, the food was not hot. The drink was strong but not very tasty. I also ordered the She Crab soup it wasn't hot and they served it with Ritz Crackers. My bill was $92.

This is my 2nd time here. I live in the area and saw such great reviews I had to check it out myself. Get the smoked wings!!! Oh and the greens are the best I've had in the city so far. We got to meet one of chefs and he was so down to earth and I could tell he enjoyed what he did and he put his soul into the cooking. It's quiet in here but worth a visit for the food. Oh and the bartenders are great. Plenty of TV's to watch games etc. Overall I have this on my monthly come eat list now.Vegetarian options: They have a couple options. Great place to eat near the airport. I ate there two nights in a row and had the salmon and the cod, both excellent. Nichole is an awesome server so welcoming and attentive!

Stopped in to try this restaurant. Food was extremely grease (fish sandwich and greens). The best thing was the wings (dry rub all flats).

Overnighted at the Hilton Airport Hotel and made reservation for dinner at the hotel restaurant, RedEye Southern Kitchen. Wonderful service provided by Alex. We followed his suggestion of one of the BBQ platters and he was totally correct. Fantastic pulled pork with choice of two sides and Texas Toast. Lots of food!! Full bar service. A wonderful experience!
