1985 Restaurant and Guest House

The restaurant and guesthouse is a small and cozy place. In the restaurant you have to sit in the ground and there is always a good smell of ... and nice Indian music in the background. The people are friendly and helpful and the food is quite good. The rooms are little bit dirty and near to the kitchen. So it's always noisy. But at the end it's really cheap to stay there.

Me and my friends traveled to Hampi for 2 days and decided to stay at 1985 guest house.Top locatation, affordable prices and laundry service.Very tasty and good quality food in the restaurant too.English , European breakfast. Staff is super friendly and chatty. They even gave us a lift straight from the bus.Backpackers place deffo.Whole day trips to see the sights around with a guide and sunset spot in the end of the day

We were somewhat spontaneous in booking a place to stay in Hampi and stumbled upon 1985 Guesthouse on Booking.com. It has become our favorite guesthouse in India so far! The staff was friendly and accommodating, the food was amazing, the location was perfect, and it was great value for the money. We would love to return to Hampi just to stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

The atmosphere is fantastic, and the food offered is high quality. It's a nice place to spend a few days. The staff is excellent and always ready to assist you. I highly recommend it.

Lovely laid back vibe. great chai! Staff are really friendly and the locals eat and drink there. so must be good! Food is great...all clean and comfortable.
