Today I got a vegan roasted veggie wrap, a tofu scramble bowl, vegan broccoli cheddah soup, and a samoa brownie. Everything was sooo gooddd!! Cute place inside with ample tables to eat and ample parking. Worker peeps were very nice. Updated from previous review on 2023-08-12
So refreshing to see a LARGLY vegan menu with just a couple non-vegan options. It's nice to have options for a chance! The vegan sausage, egg, and cheese on biscuit with housemade pepperjack cheese was delicious! The cheese was even melty. My son got a pancake with coconut whipped cream and enjoyed it. Got a donut and cookie to go for later. Super impressed with the food! Clean, modern space with friendly service. A must-stop-by location in Conway, NH!
We tried the zucchini muffin and some kind of Dutch apple bar. Both were tasty. Staff was a bit confused with our vegan questions but someone clarified for us that all baked goods are vegan. Yay
The entire menu was vegan except three items marked “non vegan menu “ They make their own cheeses and the menu is extensive. Everything we tried was really good
We tried The Station Bistro for breakfast this morning and were happy to see so many vegan choices on the menu! I had the Kick Ass Burrito, which has what tasted like Soyrizo, potato, jalapeno, spinach and vegan pepper jack cheese. It was tasty — not spicy enough to actually kick my ass, but still good! I also had a Nutty BananZa smoothie, which has banana, zucchini, cauliflower, peanut butter, almonds, dates, cocoa powder, w/ chocolate almond milk. You mainly taste the banana and peanut butter. It’s good and is really a meal in itself! The rest of my family: my son got a waffle with chocolate chips, which earned a thumbs up (he got excited just by its aroma when it was set in front of him). My wife had a brunch wrap, which has vegan sausage, tofu egg, cheese, summer veggies, and spinach in it. Her foodie assessment is “yummy!” The Bistro itself is a relatively small place but a few tables if you want to eat in. At the other end of the place, there was a small area of comfy “sip and chat” seating. We were there on a quiet morning, not in a peak season for tourists — seating may fill up on busy days. We chose to get our food to go. We’re only in the area for a few days, but will come back to The Station Bistro again to try their lunch if we can. Very impressed with this place and we hope they find great success! Updated from previous review on 2023-06-20
