Panda Express - Cookeville

Nothing was good except for the rice out of what my friend and I had ordered. Certainly not what I had expected . The service was wonderful. Best service I've had in a long time I wish I remembered her name she deserves

If doing drive thru the service is great and quick....but if going inside prepare for a long wait before anyone even talks to you or takes your order

I love this place! me my husband eat here all of the time. Super fast drive through awesome customer service. 10/10

It was early so I didn't expect them to have everything ready. I ordered and waited almost 30 minutes because the cook kept forgetting to prepare 1 of my dishes. A lady that ordered and parked beside me got her order first because of this. It seemed teammates weren't helping where they should have. When I did get my order it was on point . Expect the water it tasted nasty.Parking: Has between 30 and 50 spots at best. No space for nothing Bigger than a regular size truck. If you have a trailer or in an emergency vehicle it leaves absolutely no space for anyone to park and dine in or to park in designated spots for take out .

Food is always fresh and amazing. Had to wait an extra few minutes for them to get more egg rolls, and they gave us two extra spring rolls and apologized for the wait. Great service, great food.
