Hungry Jack's Burgers Coolangatta

Went to hungry jacks for a cheap and fast meal and ended up being appalled by the whole experience. Food was ridiculously Priced, Cashier was rude and snappy, long wait for a semi small order and food was revolting. Pancakes and toasty were under cooked and cold. This was the worst fast food experience ever. Would not recommend. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Wrong coffee made. No apology and no exchange. Staffs don’t want to communicate and work. Luckily, they are the monopoly in OOL Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The entirety of the staff lacked sufficient training or any work ethic. They moped around while the young girl the red and black dyed hair ran around apologising to the customers for her coworker’s incompetence. Hot chocolate was cold and served messy, meat over cooked. Everything was rushed. Very disappointed as every other hungry jacks experience has been very beautiful.
