Casa Palomino - Coolidge

This is a truly authentic Mexican restaurant. The dining experience was incredible - I ordered the fiesta plate and got a taste of everything. It was absolutely delicious, with perfectly balanced seasonings that complemented each dish. There was none of the fake Mexican food that overpowers with paprika - this place is the real deal. It's a perfect spot for a date night or a family outing.

I had a fantastic experience at this Mexican restaurant! The comfort food was cooked perfectly and the portions were generous. The flavors were not too overpowering. The staff was welcoming, friendly, and efficient. The only downside is that the decor is a bit outdated, but that doesn't affect the quality of the food. This hidden gem in Coolidge is definitely worth a visit. I will definitely be returning.
