I had one of the best experiences buying one of the last Toyota Avalons made anywhere today at Coos Bay Toyota. I knew the Avalon was going to arrive a few weeks ago by talking to salesman James over the phone. We exchanged numbers on my trade-in and their new Avalon. Got a call Monday by James. We reviewed the prices we had first shared over the phone. When I arrived on their lot on Thursday, he stuck to the prices we both agreed on earlier and made the efficient deal. Worked with Amanda in finance, who is a pleasant lady and also efficient. Not long after I was out the door and driving my new Toyota down the road. Definitely recommend Coos Bay Toyota if you're looking for any car they may have.

My husband and I have owned Toyotas for the past twenty-five years. We’ve had these vehicles serviced in PA, NJ, SD and DE. Recently, we moved to Bandon, Oregon and had our Toyota serviced at Coos Bay. The staff at Coos Bay were courteous and pleasant at first greeting. We dealt with one staff member, in particular, Cesar Castro-Roman. We’ve dealt with many service people in our time and would be hard pressed to find any better than Cesar. He was professional, courteous, and, in our minds, epitomized the kind of person we would want to represent our company. He went above and beyond to make sure our needs, as customers, were met and did so, in the most pleasant and thorough manner! We were very satisfied with the service performed on our Toyota Highlander. Would highly recommend Coos Bay Toyota for any car needs. Best service received at an auto dealership!! James was our agent and stayed late to get us into our Highlander! Took 2 hours. Service experience has been great and fast. Smiling dog Cafe has great sandwiches and coffee!!

After being completely unsatisfied with the lack of service I received from Keifer Kia, Toyota service department really took care of me. They identified the problem with my tire that Keifer didn't and jumped through hoops to help me get a replacement. Thank you so much Toyota!
