After a few minutes we were approached, asked what we wanted. we ordered it. he came back after a few minutes and asked if we had another or another money. we locked ourselves up and went to another brewery. the next brewery was very informatiw and interaktiw with the customers.
Came in on a Saturday date night. Place had a good vibe to it, the band was excellent. Unfortunately, the beers were just ok. No real discerning flavors in the bunch. The saison was a bit bland. The “fruited blueberry sour” was anything but a sour and didn’t have blueberry notes to be found. The 1374 IPA was hazy and had a decent flavor. The smoked porter had an over the top smoke flavor we didn’t care for much.Overall, I’d say it has some positive things going for it and the crowd showed the place is doing well. Just need some tweaks and improvements on the beer in general.
If you like smokey/peaty scotch and bourbon barrel aged beers, you must absolutely try their smoked barley dark lager #8 Duke beer. AMAZING! I bought some cans to take home. Please keep this beer in the rotation. Other beers in the tasting flights were very good. Definitely check this craft brewery out!
The beer wasn't the best but was alright. This brewery would be a lot better if it served food and had more beers on the menu. Overall, this place is a great spot to hang out with friends and family.
I was not a fan of the beer, however, the inside is nice and open. I was not the only one that was not a fan, although, others did enjoy the selection. There was good space to move around and mingle with our group. When we were there, they had a food truck out back which was nice. We might be back to explore more of the beer menu since it is so close to home.
