Contribuisci feedbackThis restaurant deserves nothing less than 5 stars simply for being a drive-thru. Unfortunately, like many Tim Horton's locations, the service is often rude, slow, and sometimes sloppy. I used to think that no matter where you eat, the experience wouldn't be great. But when I order a coffee or something from the bakery, I just want a simple and pleasant service. Sadly, even that seems like too much to ask for. I don't know if Tim Hortons pays their employees poorly, forcing us to accept subpar service, or if they simply skip customer service training altogether. In this day and age, we all just want a good cup of coffee!
This restaurant has a vibrant atmosphere and is a great spot for grabbing a quick cup of coffee.
That will be even worse. every time I go there, there's a line from where they take their order. they are the slowest for the order that is in and the running gear though. and I child, they have not got my order right. coffee is usually cold. they are very rude when they say their order was wrong. prepare to wait for at least 20-25 min to get her even a coffee.
Great location, very busy. Drive through can accommodate overheight vehicles which is nice. I find busy fast food places make better food because nothing sits for too long.
Unfortunately, this restaurant is poorly managed despite its great location and presumably good infrastructure. I waited fifteen minutes in line behind two cars before me, only to find that they were out of all bagels when I finally got to the front at around 10:50. It's unacceptable for a restaurant to consistently run out of one of their most popular items. I won't be returning.
