The staff was so friendly and accommodating, and the ambiance was amplified by the live piano music. The food was delicious and service was quick. I had the Macadamia Crusted Wahoo and my friend had the Filet Mignon and we were both surprised by the ample portions and the high quality of the food. We also had a lovely bottle of chardonnay and though we didn't really leave room for it, we shared the Bananas Foster, which was absolutely sinful. Overall, a delicious meal and a great evening.
Frequently referred to as South Florida's hidden gem, Deering Bay's Arnold Palmer designed, 6,740 yard, par 71 golf course that meanders through mangrove forests along Biscayne Bay is the perfect backdrop to a wonderful dining and social experience our family had recently. The club completed a $5M renovation in 2007 and complemented their phenomenal food and service with even better surroundings in their bar, various dining rooms and banquet areas. We've had some of the freshest seafood including a Pan Seared Chilean Sea Bass and some of the finest cuts of meat like their Roasted Rack of Colorado Lamb. All in all, Deering Bay is some of the best Country Club food we've ever had and we're considering joining so that we can experience it year round.
