Omer was very upbeat and friendly when he served us at the register! Amazing customer service.

Stopped by looking for the confetti nuggets and was told to wait 15-20mins, so I waited 25mins for good measure when I came back I was told they were making them anymore after making me wait. Completely disgusted by these lies and infront my child too.

I stood at the counter for a few minutes then finally a girl comes from the back laughing with two other staff members and was told they aren’t making any pretzels because they are short staffed ? but 3 staff members have time to time to laugh in the back room and leave the counter unattended?!

One of the worst customer 's service attention... I ordered treats for my kids and the lady Jenifer was very disrespectful... do not go to this store. Jenifer is horrible, she mistreated me in front of my kids and the attention was horrible. she was with a guy that was also with a horrible aptitude.... the service was 0 stars.

The mini pretzel dogs serving is 10 pieces, but this location puts only 7 in the cup. That's even fewer than the 8 they were providing last year. The dough is puffy, so the cup appears full. Not nice to short change your customers, the product is already overpriced?.
