Long lines because they are under personnel. Quality of food is why it is worth waiting. Can not beat an early morning breakfast cooked at a reasonable price order.

This position needs overhaul or just has to close. I moved to order and sat there for at least 5 minutes before someone recognized me. She was rude and had an attitude. I never welcomed myself as a customer. I came into the window and apparently she was the only one who worked because the other two were standing on their phones right there. Burgers were scary and simply thrown together and the Pommes weighed about 2lbs. They were not completely boiled and soaked into fat. The most beautiful thing I ever had. I never go back.

Worse customer service ever!!!! I waited almost 5 minutes before someone recognized me. So I said hello the lady on the intercom? Ma? am I trying to find out something? and it was so aggressive only rude and unprofessional. It wasn't a good morning or Ma? I will never spend my money where someone is very rideable and unprofessional.

Like most fast food facilities, this is still suffering from vivi Covid staff shortage. Inside is closed for dinner. It took 30 minutes to get 4 cheeses Krystal. The staff was shut down because customers would go out after ordering their food because the service and waiting were so long. Hopefully they can get the store personalized because this is a great location and has lots of potential.

Took over a hour to get my order. They were short handed with 4 workers on staff. Wouldn't have been so upset with the wait but took 15 minutes to place my order, waiting at the speaker. I was never acknowledged until I spoke trying to place my order. They did not apologize, offer a discount, or coupon. They never even told customers they were short handed until we recieved our order in hand. They locked the doors with waiting customers inside and outside. They would not answer the phone for the ones waiting outside inquiring about their order. We did get our food an hour and half later. Good quality food but very unprofessional service. In all honesty the service tendered was so bad it would have been best to just close the doors.
