Rayfords All-in 1 Hot Wings - Cordova

My first time experience was terrible. I came in for a pick up order. However, the older woman with dreads was unpleasant. When dealing with the public someone sweetie as the young lady should continue to work the front. She called me a sir then changed and said ma’am. Food wise I would recommend the cakes were delicious. Customer service poor

This is the first time in history that I’ve came to Rayfords and my food was beyond HORRIBLE The first time I came to pick my food up the wings and fries both were VERY hard. I explained my frustrations to the cashier and she apologized and stated they will remake it. Note it went from my food being ready in 20 mins to it being ready in 45 mins. When I came back to pick up my food the second time the fries were fresh but the chicken looked and smelled horrible. Pics will be attached. I’m not sure if there are new cooks but this is definitely not where it’s at. I’m very disappointed about this experience. I suggest you to check your food throughly before you leave the restaurant. The manager Chris is very nice and he make sure his customers are satisfied. I know for a fact he wasn’t at the restaurant this past weekend. But the good thing is when I went back this morning and the guy with the dreads corrected my order and everything was fresh. Below is the before and after

Manager very disrespectful and need to learn how to manage people when they are upset about their order and especially if the customer is not cussing he did not try and calm the situation he just brought my anger to the issue. I hate this coming from a black business but have to get better on people skills. Wrong was COMPLETELY WRONG!

This place has something really good food and even better customer service. They feel like family. This is my second day in a row to get food. A must try!!!

I have to say that I wasn't impressed by the facility at all. But when food came, mediocrity ended. The food was perfectly cooked and the sauce for the wings was the best I ever tried. I had the grill and it had a slight hint on vinegar that rounded it. The food was served hot and filled. The price corresponded to what it should be.... everywhere, this place deserves all 5 stars I gave.
