This place is specifically a wine shop, so you can choose a bottle and pay corkage to enjoy it on the premises, either in the outdoor seating area or to take home as a special treat or gift. The staff are all very friendly and I highly recommend trying the pink Pinot noir Cornish rose.
This fantastic wine bar has both indoor and outdoor seating. We absolutely enjoyed our time here and visited almost daily during our stay for a refreshing Gin and Tonic or delicious cocktails. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive, with prices that were reasonable considering the high standards and prime location. Walk-ins are accepted, but it's best to make a reservation for busy times. The best part is that they are also dog-friendly.
This restaurant offers cake and platters only, with no kitchen on site. However, the platters are impressive, featuring a variety of cheese or meat options. The staff is very knowledgeable and willing to help customers who may struggle to articulate their preferences. The restaurant is dog-friendly and has a small outdoor seating area for pleasant weather. The coffee is delicious, but the cocktails are even more impressive.
Nice Thursday afternoon drink of New Zealand Pinos Gris in a nice Wine Bar watching the world go by... happy days
Ordered simple cocktails from their menu. minutes later they arrived. for a gin martini by the way. No bar snacks included. No Bon Ami. There were customers in the whole bar. Meanwhile the front door was held fully open and without...heating in January. Thankfully we have a restaurant booking where they close doors and have heating. The martini was very good by the way. It’s just surrounded by mediocrity.
