I called to place an order and a young lady by the name of Alexa placed me on hold for over 25 minutes. I totally understand how busy that location gets but then she answered and hung up. I called back and when she asked to hold I asked for her name. She stated her name was Alexa, and then I asked for the store number, her response was “I think it’s 5, 6, 7, 8” and when I asked why she hung up, she said “the phone has a habit of doing that.” I don’t know what kind of people they have working there but this is very common for that location. All I wanted to do was spend money on some good wings only to have an employee waste business hours and messing with Wing Stops customers. Every time I call or place an order in the restaurant, the employees are always rude or don’t want to work. My thing is, if you don’t want to work, go home and quit making customers mad or waste company and customers time. If you’re not happy working minimum wage, go to school and get an education instead of giving customers a hard time because you don’t want to work, yet you do want the paycheck.
Hot amd fresh lemon pepper bone in wings were given exactly when the motivated crew said it would. They were caught in the rush yet put out great service!Parking: Easy in and out parking
The wings were great, people were super nice but they were swamped and an order took alone 90 minutes, but I will return
Two hours in the store waiting for an order that was placed online from home and the employees still have the nerve to tell me another 25 minutes. just give me my money back but you can't even do that ?
