A Pizza More - Cortland

I ordered a pizza and chicken tenders, but 45 minutes later we received a pizza and wings instead. After calling to notify them of the mistake, they said they would bring the correct order immediately. However, after waiting and waiting, I called back 40 minutes later. The person on the phone said that the order was "heading out the door now." Another hour went by and still no food. When I called again, they seemed confused about the whereabouts of the order and had to ask the manager. Ultimately, I was told that the food was being delivered. The quality of the food definitely did not justify such a long wait. Some better organization would be beneficial for them.

The BLT pizza at this restaurant is amazing and the prices are reasonable. The staff is exceptional. I highly recommend giving them a try.
