Food/service were great. Ordered the Prime rib medium rare. Will order again next time.

I want to start off my saying our server was amazing which is why the review has 2 stars instead of 1. Me and my fiancé came for a celebratory dinner and were really excited. Unfortunately the food did not deliver. The ribeye was tough and chewy on both plates, which was strange considering it was a perfect medium rare color. Green beans tasted good but were extremely undercooked. My mashed potatoes were pretty bland and cold. I can only assume by the super hot plates that were brought to us that the food might have sat under the warming lamp for a long time before it made it to us. Overall really disappointed. Probably won?t be returning. If I spend 35$ on a steak per person, it shouldn?t be warm jerky. Add-on: not to mention the ridiculous 4% additional charge they put on their customers if you want to pay with card. Obnoxious. Update: called the restaurant for at the very least a partial refund, was informed that there wasn?t anything that he was going to do, believe he said his name was Joe, was hard to hear over the noise in the background. When I said, rather exasperated, ?it?s fine goodnight,? he proceeded to snap at me. Definitely not coming back and will steer others away from the restaurant. Poor management.

Good steak. At $33 a salad would have been nice. Servers seemed rushed but were friendly and competent. Outdoor service was not available.

I rarely provide reviews but the whole of the experience here was so poor I feel the need to do so. We waited 30 minutes for a table which is fine but then were seated outside and promptly forgotten about. I had to go inside three times to ask about my child?s food, then they forgot flatware so she had to eat her pasta with her hands. We waited for 30 minutes for our drinks. I complained two more times and then our food came out cold. On top of this, they charge almost 4% just for using a card to pay. Will never come back.

This is the first review I have ever done. Having worked in the service industry for over a decade I usually don?t complain but this was just awful. Service was ok but the food was just not good. We ordered burgers and martinis. The burgers were so over cooked they were hard to cut with a knife, the egg was over done. Fries are supposedly not GF so we got soup which was also awful. I don?t know how you mess up a martini but that happened too. If you?re going to charge more than the neighbors, the quality should be there.
