Papa Murphy's - Corvallis

I usually love Papa Murphy's salads and have never had any issues with them, but today I had a rude encounter with a staff member named Tasha. I called to order a Caesar salad and a club salad with no cheese, but was told that they could not accommodate my request. I found it strange that they take precautions for pizza allergies by cleaning equipment and changing gloves, but refused to make a fresh salad for me due to my allergy. I have been a customer at this location for 5 years and have never experienced this before. I would like to speak to the manager or owners about this incident.

The food is amazing. However, when we visited the restaurant 10-15 minutes before closing, we found the staff to be a bit moody during our order.

The girl behind the counter was really not very friendly or did she listening to anything I said. I asked her four times if I had any rewards and she ignored me like I was not there. Other than that experience I love the place.

Fast, easy, delicious, friendly and consistent. All five of the stars!
