Jimmy John's - Cottage Grove

I adore this place! They have fantastic food, their menu is decent, The cook in that restaurant is very experienced, I love very much eating all their food. The food is always fresh and tasty, the service towards the visitors is very good too. I go often to this restaurant and I was never disappointed. I recommend it to all my friends.

Went through the drive-thru around 6:30pm one night. Was told they were out of french bread but had day-old bread. I was fine with using the day-old but thought it was weird that they were out of bread so early in the day. I ordered 2 vito?s with extra vinaigrette and one with hot peppers. When I got home, my husband and I discovered we received 2 vitos with so much mayo on both that it was dripping off and we couldn?t even eat them. The most confusing thing is the vito doesn?t even come with mayo. Also, the one I paid extra to have hot peppers...did not have hot peppers. It was so disappointing after a long day and a total waste of food and money.

I hadn't had Jimmy John's in about 15 years. This was so good, just like last time I had it. Fresh bread, flavorful cheese, fresh veggies. Yum!

I called at 11:02 and was told 30 minutes for delivery because its their lunch rush. I said no problem. Then they couldnt find the address so i said i would pick up. I asked what size party platters they have and was told i have to order those 24 hour in advance. I said okay ill order 8 subs for pick up. I was then told they Dont HAVE ENOUGH BREAD to do 8 subs. Guess their lunch rush will be over quick.

This Jimmy John?s is freaky slow. Every time I have been here, the line for the drive thru takes at least 10 minutes, and when I?ve ordered ahead, my food was not ready even 20 minutes later. This has happened every time I?ve been here.
