As per usual, I had a nice experience at this Fazoli’s. The workers are all very friendly. I admired Tina’s patience as she helped a couple older ladies in front of me satisfy their order.

I was greeted by Serena today and while taking my order she was very passive aggressive and also proceeded to yawn while take my order and was also talking about issues that shouldn’t be discussed in front of guests saying the other manager can take care of it because she wasn’t overall it just seems like she doesn’t enjoy her job very muchWe always come to this Fazoli’s and get the best service and I’m not sure what is was today but very disappointing. I’m not giving less of a rating than this due to the fact that Mindy checked up on us and made sure everything was good and she took great care of us after sitting down she gave us the customer service we normally get when we comeHopefully she can turn her attitude around one day!Thanks Mindy!
