Costa - County Durham

I waited for nearly 10 minutes for a Frappe while other customers' orders were taken right away, including my friend's. There was no clear reason for the delay and the staff were unnecessarily unfriendly, making it a not-so-pleasant experience.

Winters day in Durham so stopped off for a latte and a hot chocolate to take out. 3 staff serving so served quickly. Pleasant staff member.

The staff at Costa in Durham are currently delightful. One team member, who I believe had the name Sam on her badge, was particularly wonderful and helpful to all customers without needing to be prompted. She also appeared to be very efficient. Thank you, Costa.

Walking down High Street in Prince Bishops Shopping Centre my twin brother Stephen and I chanced upon this Costa Coffee outlet and I must say it was quite good. A neat and tidy interior, light and airy, a glass fronted serving bar showcases the goodies on offer and there's plenty of seating options spread throughout this cafe both inside and outside looking out onto the busy and bustling shopping streets, this is were we chose to sit. We ordered a flat white coffee each, served steaming hot, we just kicked back and planned out the day ahead while sipping our coffee's. I am a big fan of the coffee served in Costa Coffee, its consistant in all their outlets and their flat white coffee is a particular favourite of mine. We both really enjoyed our coffee's in here before we moved on and although our visit was only fleeting for a first time visit to this particular Costa Coffee outlet we were totally impressed. This Costa Coffee is easy to locate along High Street in Prince Bishops Shopping Centre, most definitely well worth checking out if you're in the area.
