Uk Pizza - County Durham

Ordered food at 18:24, still not arrived by 20:40, drove to the shop at 20:45 because they wouldn't answer the phone, other people in complaining that they had ordered at 19:00 and still hadn't received their orders and phones not being answered, told that it had just left the shop 5 minutes earlier, food turned up at 21:18, cold but I got a free bottle of pop for my inconvenience

This place is absolutely disgusting!! Stale burnt pizza, freezing cold chips and I mean uncooked freezing cold! Very rude and abrupt on the phone, just a load of rubbish, don't waste your money.

Food was horrible feel like I now have food poisoning absolutely atrocious

Chicken wrap disgusting. Wrap had not been warmed up so was hard and falling apart. Wasn’t even wrapped when it arrived was just folded in half. The wrap only had 6 pieces of very small cut up chicken that was just plain grilled chicken with no taste

Got the uk burger and found an insect/fly in my chips, got in touch with them on the facebook page but completely ignored. Definitely not going there again
