This restaurant has declined in quality. We had to wait 15-25 minutes to order food because the kitchen was backed up, despite half of the restaurant being empty. It appears that the management is either mistreating the kitchen staff or trying to operate with minimal staff. The service and food were amazing, but it was clear that the 8 waiters and hostesses could have been better utilized in the kitchen. I will not be returning as there are better options out there that can handle larger crowds and serve better food. The kitchen was not busy enough and there were basic management issues, such as seating 2 people at a small table instead of a larger table.
Good food, good service, good price. I'll eat again. The restaurant is still open under renovation.
I recently dined at the restaurant located within Chances Casino, which is currently undergoing a renovation. Despite the ongoing changes, the restaurant is still open for business. I decided to order an old favorite, Liver, Bacon, and Onions, which turned out to be quite delicious. The portion size was generous and the vegetables were perfectly cooked, not overdone. The service was quick and efficient. I paired my meal with a light beer, which complemented the dish nicely. I am excited to see the new changes that will come with the restaurant's renovation.
Dropped in for a beverage and to listen to the band (Easy Street) while the better half tended to the slots at the other end of the room. Service was fast and friendly. Band was solid and suited the intimate venue. Regret not going earlier...for the buffet, looked like quite the spread. Still, happy with what I got and very much liked the band. Going back.
