Got a table at on a Sunday ordered Sunday roast dinner to be told they had run out half an hour later people were getting a roast dinner

Good value for money and friendly service. Both enjoyed our roast dinners and would definitely recommend. We'll be back!

We have used the White Lion for many tears for different occasions, but must admit the three times we've gone there this year 2017 have really been excellent.

Spent a lovely evening celebrating a birthday only downside was that it was very cold due to the draught coming from the garden door
